We aim to know Scripture well, listen for guidance and His perspective in all decisions and interactions, affirm his guidance with others, and quickly follow his lead.

God is at work before we get there. We can only do what we see our Father doing.

#4 Empowering leaders:

Leaders serve others, when people allow us to serve them, we influence them and when you influence you lead. Being a leader means, serving, empowing others quickly, giving away leadership, raising up new leaders, taking chances on people and being ok with making mistakes in the process.

#5 Less is More:

Fruitful trees are pruned so they can bear more fruit. In God's upside down Kingdom, less is more. Less noise, less stress, less fear, less striving and more of Him.

You are uniquely gifted for a specific purpose. Your highest purpose and greatest fulfillment is found in discovering and living out that mandate.

We build for movements of the Gospel, and the Gospel spreads fastest through natural social networks and existing communities.

God calls ordinary people like us to live extraordinary lives.

Everything in God's hands grows. Everything should continually multiply after its own kind.
